Butter chicken instructions

  1. Marinade: couper les escalopes de poulets en morceaux dans un bol mélangé tous les autres ingrédients de la marinade puis ajouter les morceaux de poulets et placé le bol filmé au moins 2 heures au frigo (vous pouvez préparer la marinade la veille).
  2. La sauce au beurre : faite chauffer 10 g de beurre et le filet d'huile dans une poêle ou un wok ajouter l oignon finement haché et laisser cuir 5 minutes à feu doux. Ajoutez les tomates les épice la coriandre, l ail et le gingembre laisser mijoter 10 minutes puis passer le tous au mixeur pour quel devienne onctueuse. Ajouter la crème liquide et 10 grammes de beurre et laisser mijoter. Pendant ce temps cuire le poulets avec la marinade puis ajouter la sauce au beurre et laisser mijoter 10 min.
  3. Servir chaud avec du riz vous pouvez rajouté quelque pétales d amande et bonnes appétit.
